b. If the reported damage is confirmed to be a result of a manufacturing defect, customers can opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

d. We will provide instructions for the return process if necessary, and customers may be required to ship the damaged product back to us within a specified timeframe. Return shipping costs may be covered by Poeticlee in certain cases.
e. Once we receive the returned product and verify the reported damage, we will process the replacement. Please note that replacements are subject to product availability.
f. If the damaged product is out of stock or discontinued, we will provide alternative options or store credit equal to the value of the original purchase.
4. Product Inspection:
a. All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to verify the reported damage.
