Be aligned with your tribes mission and goal. Alignment is built of identity, how are you preserving the identity of your tribe?
Be accountable of the inspiration and motivation you’re creating. Accountability is a result of what you've learned in your personal life, not a result of what you did outside of your personal life.

Plan your questions. Before posting on your tribe, outline information goals and sequences of related questions that will help you follow the conversation and prepare notes.

Know your purpose. Every question you ask should aid in gathering either factual information or perspectives. Identify the type of information that you need and frame your questions accordingly

Talk to the listener's language. Relate questions to the listener's frame of reference and use language and phrases that your listener understands.
